I’m Jessica Cove, an ACA-registered holistic counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice.

Over the past 14 years, I have been honoured to walk beside adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, injury and illness, grief, life transitions, and the pressures of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overperformance. Lived experience with chronic illness informs my work with those experiencing complex health challenges, while my extensive background as a classical ballet dancer enriches my therapeutic work with dancers and performing artists.

I welcome individuals from all walks of life, with diverse experiences, bodies, and identities. My practice is inclusive, neuroaffirming, and grounded in respect, curiosity, and compassion, offering a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without the need to perform, please, or achieve.

Building Connection

I believe that human connection, grounded in trust and safety, can be a powerful catalyst for healing.

My intention is to create a space where you can express yourself freely, without judgement, and begin to explore beyond symptoms and labels by reconnecting with the meaning and messages within your emotions, body, and experience. My work is inclusive, neuroaffirming, and informed by an awareness of the broader social systems that shape our lived experience.

“Jess provides an extremely safe, nurturing and neutral space for emotions to be expressed, held and processed. Jess supported me in many ways throughout the most major struggles I underwent, and she never failed to show up without her beautiful, warm smile. I am forever grateful for this amazing human and couldn’t recommend her more. A safe, healing, supportive counsellor."

“Empowering…. Jess clearly counsels from the heart but also provides excellent insights and resources.  As a parent, she allows you to exhale knowing that your child is under her guidance and building skills, knowledge and most importantly resilience to enrich themselves and support their aspirations.  I’ve certainly learnt a thing or two from her as well!”
