I’m Jessica Cove, an ACA-registered holistic counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice.
Over the past 14 years, I have been honoured to walk beside adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, injury and illness, grief, life transitions, and the pressures of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overperformance. Lived experience with chronic illness informs my work with those experiencing complex health challenges, while my extensive background as a classical ballet dancer enriches my therapeutic work with dancers and performing artists.
I welcome individuals from all walks of life, with diverse experiences, bodies, and identities. My practice is inclusive, neuroaffirming, and grounded in respect, curiosity, and compassion, offering a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without the need to perform, please, or achieve.

My counselling style is intuitive, collaborative, and trauma-aware, with a relational approach that is warm, genuine and grounded. I offer gently paced, individualised, client-led sessions, integrating evidence-based approaches such as IFS, ACT, and MBCT with embodied practices including breathwork, tapping, and Process Oriented Psychology. My aim is to help you feel seen, heard and supported. I can help with:
