Welcome —
I’m Jessica, a private practice counsellor, consultant and biomedical meditation therapist who over the past 13 years has developed a holistic, compassion-focused approach to supporting individuals and families. My background as an international ballet dancer informs my therapeutic work with student and professional dancers and this specialised understanding of the unique concerns impacting high-achieving young people also extends to athletes and performing artists. 20+ years of classical ballet teaching and over a decade of holistic health coaching has allowed me to share my passion for incorporating supportive mental health strategies in the studio via workshops and teacher trainings. I am passionate about creating meaningful change for individuals, dance schools and performing arts institutions alike and am so grateful to be living my ikigai.
Holistic Counselling—
Generativity, compassion, equity and authenticity form the foundation of my counselling work. By harnessing these core values, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients to look within and explore new possibilities. I work collaboratively with individuals allowing them to gently establish a stable sense of self-worth, and in turn, find their voice.
Nurturing Ballet Classes—
From absolute beginners to elite pre-professional ballet students, I believe quality dance education should be safe and accessible for everyone. My gentle and holistic approach ensures that instruction is delivered in a way that inspires and lifts students up, allowing them to preserve their individuality and develop genuine resilience and aplomb.
Gentle Yoga & Meditation—
My 1:1 restorative yoga sessions and group meditation classes are trauma-aware and tailored to suit all levels. All sessions and lessons aim to equip participants with meditation and yoga skills that are both accessible and sustainable, ensuring the benefits of our practice extend well beyond our time together.
